Language diagnosis and therapy has been dealt with in many countries. However the involvement of PC programs in the domain of therapy has been approached with so much scepticism. In this research paper I submitted an overview about language diagnosis and therapy, involved a German method of testing the aphasics’ language and used certain PC programs in the sessions of aphasia therapy. The conclusion drawn from the whole work highlights that the amelioration of the disorders and the achievement of recovery can be attained by the therapists within a particular period of time through the use of testing and sessions of therapy intermittently and continuously.
